Community Education names March 2025 Anchored in the Laker Way award recipient

Community Education Service's Early Learning Assistant Coordinator Vicki Spieler has been named the March 2025 recipient of the Anchored in the Laker Way Award. This monthly award celebrates Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools Community Education Services staff who are anchored in providing a strong foundation of community service, an innovative and supportive leader, a respectful team member, and committed to lifelong learning and excellence.

“Vicki is an excellent candidate for the Anchored in the Laker Way Award due to her outstanding dedication and strong work ethic. She consistently goes above and beyond to support our programs. Vicki is a passionate advocate for Early Childhood as well as the district. She frequently volunteers for tasks like strategic planning, creating flyers or working at various community education events. She is always thinking outside the box. Vicki is a lifelong learner and not afraid to take on new projects/assignments. She takes initiative, and is a true advocate of Laker Pride. All of these qualities make her an exemplary representative of what it means to live the Laker Way.”
