During the Laker Pride portion of the June 9 School Board meeting, the Board proudly recognized some incredible Twin Oaks Middle School 7th grade Advanced History and English students for their outstanding achievements at the State History Day Competition this past April.
This year’s History Day theme was "Rights and Responsibilities in History," and students explored this theme by diving deep into topics of their choice, bringing history to life through research, writing, performance, and creativity.

PLSAS wants to give a big shoutout to Prior Lake High School Class of 2025 graduate Anh Pham, who was recognized at Monday night’s School Board meeting for her outstanding service as the 2024–2025 PLSAS School Board Student Representative!
Anh brought valuable insight, thoughtful ideas, and a strong student voice to our district, making a meaningful impact throughout her term. In addition to this role, Anh also served on the PLHS Student Council.
