Strategic Plan
We are thrilled to announce that Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools' strategic plan was approved by the School Board in June 2024. This plan reflects the support and engagement of our community.
More than 50 community members—including parents, students, staff, city leaders, and board members—collaborated to revise our strategic plan. Through community meetings and a survey, we gathered and reviewed hundreds of comments to ensure the plan meets our community's needs.
