Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools (PLSAS) and its employee bargaining groups share a common interest in creating the most effective educational experience for our students. In the interest of transparency, the School Board is sharing its guiding values for negotiations and will post summaries of negotiations sessions.

Employee Bargaining Groups
As negotiations meetings occur, a summary of meetings will be listed below. All employee bargaining groups’ contracts continue through June 30, 2025. The district will negotiate new contracts with those groups for the 2024-2026 term.
