Policy Advisory Committee
The Policy Advisory Committee partners with district staff to provide guidance and feedback on matters related to district policies. Members help ensure alignment with local, state, and federal laws while supporting clear and effective processes within the district. The committee collaborates with staff to draft new policies or refine existing ones, which are then presented to the school board for action. PAC members also help strengthen communication between the district and stakeholders, while supporting the systematic review of all district policies on a three-year cycle (Policy 208). PAC members serve as important liaisons, fostering strong communication between the school district and stakeholders. Regular participation is vital to the success of our work together. To ensure strong collaboration and continuity, members who miss three meetings may be asked to step down from the committee.
