The students recognized include Addison Barbo (Volleyball, College of St. Benedict), Morgan Nemecek (Cheer, University of Minnesota, Twin Cities), Abby Carr (Lacrosse, Fort Lewis College), Miles Olson (Baseball, Northern State University), Cam Salmela (Baseball, St. Mary’s University), Anika Campbell (Track & Field, University of Jamestown), Alexandra Teske (Track & Field, St. Cloud State University), Braxton Helmers (Swimming, University of Wisconsin–Green Bay), Jackson Didion (Football, University of Wisconsin–Stout), Jake Written (Football, Gustavus Adolphus College), Jackson Koenig (Football, St. John’s University), Aiden Mbinda (Football, University of Minnesota Duluth), Ethan Beckman (Football, University of North Dakota), and Prince Faulk (Football, Minnesota State University, Mankato).

This accomplishment reflects years of dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence both in the classroom and in competition. Families, coaches, and staff gathered to celebrate the student-athletes as they committed to colleges and universities across the region and beyond.

Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools congratulates these outstanding Lakers and wishes them continued success at the collegiate level and beyond.

PLSAS Seeks Community Input at Town Hall Meetings

Prior Lake–Savage Area Schools continues to demonstrate strong financial stewardship, earning a clean audit last November. While this reflects careful management of taxpayer dollars, ongoing state funding challenges mean the district must make difficult budget decisions.

We invite the community to join us at one of three upcoming Town Hall meetings to share input, learn about the district’s financial position, and explore potential paths forward. Your engagement is key as we plan for a sustainable future for our students and community. Click here to RSVP so we can plan for space.
