Continuous Improvement: Listening, Learning, and Growing Together

Each year, students, staff, and families share feedback to inform our district’s continuous improvement efforts. Overall, students continue to report a positive school experience, with participation reaching an all-time high in 2026. Staff satisfaction has varied over time, with recent results reflecting some decline. Across both staff and family feedback, common concerns have emerged around resource allocation, class sizes, and the level of support in classrooms. These insights point to key areas for growth, including strengthening decision-making processes, improving resource management, and enhancing support for staff.
